Breen Equestrian run a successful breeding operation both at Hickstead, and in Ireland where Shane breeds horses in partnership  with his cousin John Griffin. Our Stud Manager Greg le Gear is a qualified AI Technician.

We stand some of the best bred stallions in Europe. Golden Hawk, a top flight championship horse, is by Vigo d'Arsouilles out a Chin Chin mare, who is also the dam of London. Golden Hawk has sired a winner at five star level. Can ya Makan, by Canturo is also a Grand Prix winner and the sire of International winners. Colmar by Colestus and Clyde VA by Caretino are jumping at 5* level.  Cuick Star Kervec combines the breeding of Quick Star and Diamant de Semilly, BE Reverent is by Nabab de Reve and Z7 Regal Don by the great Don VHP.

Our six year olds by Golden Hawk are now competing and placing in International Young Horse classes.

We have a good selection of young stock by Balloon, Golden Hawk, Cuick Star Kervec, Clyde VA, Colmar, Freestyle van de Wolfsakker and BE Reverent from foals to 5 year olds.
